Job Overview:
The Program Associate plays a role in driving the operational success of our entrepreneurship and innovation programs and projects. This role encompasses comprehensive coordination of program schedules, logistics, and communication with mentors and participants, ensuring seamless operational flow. The role also requires administrative support and to assist in the development of program content, and tracking progress to contribute to report writing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate program schedules & logistics
- Communication with mentors and participants through the relevant platforms.
- Communicating and coordinating with mentors to book training sessions, conduct onboarding meetings, gather requirements etc.
- Track program progress, collect data, and support in the preparation of reports.
- Maintain and update program materials, databases, and online platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the program team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documentation.
- Support the coordination of mentor engagement, including scheduling meetings and tracking progress.
- Assist with budget tracking & expense reporting and other project related financial administration tasks
- Maintain accurate records of program activities and participant information.
- Organize and schedule program events, meetings and sessions
- Support program development and solve any issues where they arise
- Support in program marketing and outreach activities if needed
Research & Content Development
- Conduct research on relevant entrepreneurship and innovation trends, resources, and best practices.
- Assist in the development of program content, presentations, and communication materials
- Conduct data analysis and prepare project reports upon project completion.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor as per projects requirements
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be a University Graduate
- With minimum 1-2 years experience in coordinating activities and events
- Excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to generate analytical reports
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Qualified candidate must have excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Keen and with high attention to detail
- Critical thinking and solution oriented
- With experience running accelerator program and/or had work with start-up business is a plus
- Preferably citizen's of Bahrain
